Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, most medical products cannot be returned once opened. We only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs may apply.
